This simple bread recipe found here might take 6 hours (allowing the dough to rest) but it's surely worth the wait. Most of the time is spent waiting, really. The result is a crusty, chewy chocolate bread, yet light and airy enough to take another slice (and maybe another...). It's best eaten a couple of hours out of the oven but I found it even more delicious the next day. I like it a little more crusty on the outside and set in the inside.
